Pirate Wires Town Hall
a forum for discussing the future of this spectacular, incredible, once-in-a-generation media company / private club for the rich and famous / grand criminal enterprise
Cheers. Friends, fans, haters (also fans), writing for you these past two years of global unraveling has been — truly — one of the most fulfilling creative experiences, and wonderful pleasures, of my life. Thank you. Time is our most precious asset, and I’m grateful for the time we’ve shared together. Over the next month, I’ll be breaking some exciting news concerning the future of this company. But leading up to next steps, I’m gathering feedback.
If interested in sharing, I’d love to hear what you think. Please take a minute to answer a few short questions concerning what you like about Pirate Wires, and what you would like to see in the future. (Link to survey here)
Then, please hop in the comments below and share your thoughts. What did we do that you loved this year? What did you hate? What do you want more of? Who are you reading elsewhere, and who would you like to see us collaborate with? What question should I be asking that I’m not?
Thanks again, and godspeed.

I love Pirate Wires because it’s unabashedly pro Human and pro Liberty.
If humans do something good, you’re happy to say that it’s good. It’s not followed up with “but it remains to be seen how this change will impact the local salmon population.” You also don’t even do the thing where you lament that if only people would just not have any choices that aren’t your exact preferred choice, the world would be so much better.
Big Solana fans in this household.
I unironically appreciate how you crap from a great height on people/institutions/vibes that I also dislike. I am very petty.
(Pretend I wrapped that up in some more cromulent verbiage)
