In September, an attorney representing the French President, Emmanuel Macron, and his wife Brigitte announced that the couple will present “photographic and scientific evidence” to a U.S. court proving that the French First Lady is in fact a woman.

The President and his wife are suing podcaster Candace Owens for releasing an eight-part series, Becoming Brigitte, laying out her theory that Macron, née Trogneux, is trans. “I would stake my entire professional reputation,” Owens has said, “on the fact that Brigitte Macron is a man.” The Macrons are represented by Thomas Clare, an American defamation lawyer who’s also rep’d Sarah Palin and WeWork’s Adam Neumann. He admits the trial will be “incredibly intrusive” for the Macron family, yet he’s confident she will emerge victorious.

And, I mean, this all triggers an… insane… image of the French First Lady photographing her vulva (?) and submitting it as evidence in court, all in an effort to stop an American podcaster from doing what she does best (entertaining us with batshit theories).
